The Family Constellation Process, developed by Bert Hellinger, allows members of a group or individuals in the consult room, a rare glimpse at the underlying dynamics of their external family system. With this new awareness the process then presents the healing possibilities that are available to move from family entanglements to awareness and finally liberation, peace and fulfillment.This process provides a wonderful accompaniment to Internal Family Systems, developed by Richard Schwartz, PhD which builds on an individual's internal resources. Integrative Family Constellations Therapy (IFCT) weaves both of these dynamic processes together in a way that addresses both the internal and external factors that may keep an individual stuck and searching endlessly for resolution. Both approaches utilize a tripartite approach which combines body, mind and spirit, making for a beneficial and all holistic process of personal and systemic development.

In July 2010 Nadia and I were present for the Annual Systemic Institute Summer Intensive in beautiful Farmington, Connecticut hosted by Ed Lynch PhD, senior trainer and professor at Southern Connecticut State University. The group was comprised of 34 wonderful therapists, students and others in the healing fields.
We are looking forward to next year already.

Individual Sessions
Integrative Family Constellations
Individual, couples and family session are done in 2-hour sessions at our Westlake office.The fee is $270 for individuals, $280 for couples and $290 for families. Please contact Sabrina Kindell for more details.
If you are not able, or interested, in attending a group intensive. this process can also be accessed without the need to attend a group workshop. During individual sessions several methods can be useful and quite viable. Some of these methods include the use of systemic footprints and/or wooden figures used as systemic representatives.
