Sabrina Kindell LMFT-S, LPC-S is available for counseling, presentations and consultation. Her hours are also limited as she is pursuing writing, developing workshops, and supervising intern counselors and associate therapists.

We examine the give and take, the blueprints of partner each couple brings with them and the orders of love that are of great import if a realtionship is to thrive and grow throught the years. Our main goal is to move from power struggles to compassionate revisioning of what can be.

As this powerful process unfolds the family chaos and discontent is replaced by a sense of calm, joy and loving-kindness. Creating a family where crisis is dealt with through compassionate communication and harmony is re-established . CFL has the ability to provide a team approach in working with your entire family and individual counselors for each member when called for.

Individual parent guidance sessions available with parenting coach and Clinical supervisor for Marriage and family therapists interns, Sabrina Kindell. Sabrina is also a mother of a 20 year old daughter & a 15 year old son. Sabrina brings with her both clinical knowledge and personal knowing. She also provides an affordable monthly on-going group for parents of teens 13 - 19 years of age (average age is 16).

Our play therapist brings compassionate presence into every session and interweaves parent guidance sessions in order to allow parents the chance to share concerns and successes. The play therapist is also responsible for teaching parents new ways to be with their child in order to enhance interactions and outcomes for all. (ages 4-12) - Sabrina no longer provides Play Therapy but does have some excellent referral sources!
